Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Please make sure to include the original packing with any and all associated tags, inserts, and accessories, as well as the original packing slip so that we can credit you for the return.

The cost of the return is yours unless the item is broken on arrival. 

We ask for you to send a photo to paradiseflowdesigns@gmail.com if the item is received broken. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
