Pads are Hand Made of all natural materials: Cotton Fabric and filled with organic Millet. Size: 8 x 3.5

Millet is a small grain that flows naturally in the Pad, when placed on your body. The weight is comforting and soothing. It will not flake like buckwheat, it will not become rancid like rice and will not damage the fabric with oils as flax seed.

Pads are unscented and you may use essential oils to add fragrance. (Peppermint, Lavender, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Rosemary).

Use:
Heat: Place pad in microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute, reheat for 30 seconds as needed. Caution to not overheat.
Cold: Place pad in freezer bag and store in freezer. Use as needed after 1 hour in the freezer.
Care: spot clean as needed.
